Sync Issue with Parent Site

I am in charge of the Child site, have no access of the parent site. Is there anything I could do so, my distmgr.log doesnt get filed up every 10 minutes? I am getting the following errors:

Package CRL000B9 requires a newer version (2) of source files and the new compressed files haven't arrived yet, current version is 1, skip c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Configuration Manager\inboxes\distmgr.box\INCOMING\K9BG2G1E.PKG                       SMS_DISTRIBUTION_MANAGER  12/06/2013 141129Z    8896 (0x22C0)

I did read that I should do either one of the 2 things but that envolves the parent site to do it on their side.

Action:

Reload the PKG file from the Parent DP to the Child DP and run PreloadPkgOnSite.exe

or

Remove CRL000B9 package from the Distribution Point on Primary Child site within the SCCM Console and wait a couple of minutes and re-distribute it to the child site.
