Deploy Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 with SCCM

Hi

Has anyone been able to deploy NAV 2009 R2 SCCM.
The NAV setup.exe does not want to run with the nt authority\system, which SCCM uses to install applications as Administrator.
The NAV setup.exe will also not run as logged on user as it needs elevated privileges.

This has been run from distribution point and downloaded to cache with the same result where the setup.exe fails to run
