We have this SCCM 2007 server and Windows XP clients (x86). Software packages are mainly x86 and are deployed to XP. We use collections to deploy the software, f.e collection "Office 2007", notepad++
Now we will deploy Windows 7 clients and also its software via the same sccm-server. The Windows 7 machines are X64 so packages are different.
We added the Windows 7 clients to the same collection, f.e. "Office 2007" and targeted a different version of Office.
We did use (in the 2 different software packages -x86/x64- on sccm), "this program can only run on" (XP for one package, windows 7 x64 for the other version).
=> the problem is that in "run advertised" program on Windows 7, as well the XP advertisements as well as the Windows 7 advertisement shows.
Is there a way to have only shown the Windows 7 packages on a Windows 7 machine?
