Error in DISTMGR.log - Failed to copy package - Issue with update?

Currently getting an error in distmgr.log concerning copying a Windows update package.

UpdateStagedFile failed; 0x80070002
UpdateStagedFolderRdc failed; 0x80070002
UpdateStagedFolderRdcW failed; 0x80070002
Cannot copy package PRD00091 from d:\Updates\Microsoft\Windows7\ to D:\SMSPKGD$\PRD00091\, Win32 Error = 0
Failed to copy package PRD00091 from d:\Updates\Microsoft\Windows7\ to MSWNET:["SMS_SITE=PRD"]\\MS-PRD-SCCM01\SMSPKGD$\PRD00091\

Now, before these messages, I get this:

C:\SMSPKGSIG\PRD00091.38\0a6183d8-37b9-4e47-a022-4c6878638986\mpsyschk.exe could not be located

I browsed to C:\SMSPKGSIG\PRD00091.38 and the 0a6183d8-37b9-4e47-a022-4c6878638986 folder is not present at all. If I copy and paste this folder from the software update package itself - and I verified it is present there - would it cause issues?
