Run software distribution under sccm installer credentials or other named account?

I continue to come across software packages that require running from an executable and don't lend themselves to repackaging processes.  Is there any way to run a software distribution under the sccm installer credentials?  Main issue is using executables instead of MSI's with no way to run as an admin other than system context.  If I could designate a named account for these to run under that was in an admin group on the machines and that had access to system resources (such as my account or the sccm installer or the software update point connection account, or the network access account) it solve a major headache.
